This beautiful casa features three spacious bedrooms- each with its own bathroom suite. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and rainfall shower. The other two have spacious showers with rainfall nozzles. The Master bedroom has a king bed situated under a charming Mexican Boveda ceilings - a fireplace, TV, fabulous views and a charming patio to enjoy your morning coffee. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed and french doors that open up into a beautiful jardin. The bedroom situated on the top floor is large and light with wonderful cross breezes, it has a king-size bed and opens up to a beautiful terrace.

The kitchen features a large island and seats four. A perfect place to come together and socialize.  Appliances include a stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and microwave oven. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and well-stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery for 12. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, clothes line, dryer and ironing board.

The dining room is beautifully lit with natural light streaming in from a wall of windows. The dining table seats 8. The living room features comfortable sofas and over-stuffed chairs which is a wonderful place to visit. In the winter months, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.

The Media Room is yet another space to gather family and friends and relax.  In the cooler months, enjoy the lovely canterra fireplace and snuggle up on the couch or in the over-stuffed chairs.  There is a large TV above the fireplace.  You can keep up with the news, watch your favorite programs or movies – on Roku, Showtime, Amazon or many other channels.  This light and wonderful room has views of two gardens. There is a dedicated working space for those working on the go. 

Outside spaces feature beautiful patios, fountains, gardens, multiple rooftop views that you won't want to leave. Perfect for rooftop dining or afternoon sunbathing or even "al fresco" massage. House amenities include a gas grill, strong wifi, and a lending library of books and games.
